Hitek World Service provides 24/7 service coordination via our “live-manned” technical teams around the globe to ensure responsiveness to your service needs, wherever you are in the world. Service can be arranged for any marine electronic equipment on your vessel; carried out by our factory-trained service
technicians or our extensive global network of authorized agents.
Hitek World Service (HWS) also quotes and manages vessel service under Hitek Service Contracts. Request for Quotes (RFQs) for service, parts, equipment, and satellite airtime will be forwarded to the appropriate Hitek Communications departments to promptly address your needs.
